Education
Will Ardolino began his pursuit of elegance in Architecture as a young man in high school, then continuing his education at SUNY Alfred State University, then transferred to and Graduated from Catholic University with a Master of Architecture and a concentration in Real Estate Development, Will moved back to Long Island and began his life’s work and career in Architecture.
Experience
Will landed his first position within an NYC-based firm. crafting his understanding and technical skills in:
-Church renovations
-Public assembly design
-Interior City Schools
-Industrial spaces (Such as Automobile dealerships, auto repair garages, spray booths, warehouses, etc…)
-and residential additions, multi-family apartments/ condos, and remodeling.
Although he enjoyed the work and the detailing, Will found his role in creating elegant architecture was minimal and wanted to explore his design skills.
He found a place to grow at a luxury design firm on the Gold coast of Long Island and worked on projects from:
-Custom NYC penthouse apartments
-to ground-up Hampton homes,
-to luxury retail and office centers,
-Facade up renovations,
-High Rise interiors in Long Island City,
-Multi-family luxury apartment complexes,
-Shopping malls,
-and so much more.
Will nurtured his relationships with vendors, associates, consultants, and contractors. He continued to grow his passion and skills for an elegant class of architecture. Years later he completed his experience hours and passed his licensing exams, being presented with a license to practice Architecture in the state of New York; moreover, he was awarded with an NCARB certification granting him reciprocity across the nation.
Entrepreneurship
With an Entrepreneurial spirit and an overwhelming source of clients requesting his individual work, Will moved back into entrepreneurship and started Ardolino Design & Development. Completing a few project on Long Island, and having a love for nature moved to Vermont to discover a reformed lifestyle and a study in more organic material solutions.Â
In Vermont, Will Ardolino volunteered to help the needy with Habitat for Humanity, Committed his life long obsession with the game of lacrosse and coached the middle school boys team to three consecutive championships, refined and grew his skills as a snowboarder and applied them to the local community as an instructor, Will further pursued service over self at the local Rotary, and when he wasn’t creating elegance in his work, he applied his skills and knowledge as a member of the local development review board, to see his beloved community of Stowe grow elegantly.
Today, Will works and plays in Richmond, Virginia. He loves being outside and connecting with nature. Richmond gives him a beautiful balance between nature and urbanity.
